V0.3 update:
1. Widget options dialog with text position and text size options
2. Ability to hide secondary battery when it’s not connected
3. Battery charging indicator
A Battery Widget that displays the status for the internal battery, and the secondary battery in your dock station. It is mostly intended for the Asus Eee Pad Transformer tablet (which actually has the secondary battery).
The widget is resizable, and can be as little as 1 cell on your screen, or fill your whole home screen! Advanced options allow you to change the size and the position of the status text, and hide the second battery gauge when it is disconnected.
On devices without the dock the widget will only show the primary battery icon.
Many thanks to Franco Speziali for help with the battery design.
Note: On the current release of Honeycomb, it is possible that the widget will not immediately appear in the widget list after installation. To refresh the widget list, you should either restart your device, or restart the launcher app (Settings -> Applications -> Manage applications -> All -> Launcher -> Force stop)
IMPORTANT: The widget is currently in development. This is an early release, and is provided “as is”.
Any feedback is welcomed!
If you have a device that has access to a secondary battery, but this widget does not identify it, drop me an e-mail with the device model, so that I can add support for it.

The widget is not recognizing that the Eee pad transformer is docked, when it is docked. This occurred for all settings. i.e. It states not docked, or the second battery is hidden, or it reads 0% charge for the second battery. Wait a minute. I undocked and docked it a few times, and now it is reading properly (or appears to be). Just to be sure, I was able to type with the docking station when the widget was not recognizing the fact that it was docked. So it seems that it was properly docked the first time. I don’t know if it is a bug or something unique to this trial, but at least you know about the possibility.
how do you access the settings? great widget btw
I have an Asus eeepad Transformer with 3.1 honeycomb. The dual battery widget shows on my apps list but no app icon on main page so I cannot activate it. Have tried restarting and force stop on Launcher but problem not solved.
